What's Covered

The Manduka PRO® Series is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty covers:

  • Premature wear caused by material or manufacturing defects
  • Structural degradation or delamination under standard yoga practice
  • Surface integrity issues not caused by misuse

This warranty applies to mats purchased from Manduka Indonesia or an authorized Manduka retailer. Proof of purchase is required.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Cosmetic changes over time
  • Damage caused by improper care or cleaning
  • Cuts, punctures, burns, or abrasions
  • Damage from outdoor use on rough surfaces
  • Improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Commercial misuse beyond standard yoga practice

Natural variations in color and texture are not considered defects.

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the concern

Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Manduka Indonesia.
