Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Manduka Indonesia.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Lifetime Warranty – PRO Series Only

Manduka PRO®, PROlite®, and PRO Travel mats (“PRO Series”) are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty applies only to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural failure under normal practice conditions

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Improper care or cleaning

  • Cuts, burns, or misuse

  • Commercial misuse beyond normal yoga practice

Proof of purchase from Manduka Indonesia or an authorized retailer is required for warranty claims.


2. Returns for Non-PRO Products

For products outside of the PRO Series, returns are only accepted if the product is confirmed to be defective.

Return requests must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Reported within 7 (seven) days after the product is received

  • Product is unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • A valid uncut unboxing video is submitted

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong color choice

  • Personal preference

  • Minor cosmetic variations

  • Improper handling or misuse


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for defect claims, customers must provide a clear and continuous unedited unboxing video that:

  • Starts before the shipping package is opened

  • Clearly shows the shipping label

  • Shows the full unboxing process without cuts

  • Clearly displays the product condition

  • Clearly shows the reported issue

Videos that are edited, cut, paused, or incomplete may result in rejection of the claim.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be processed.


4. Inspection & Approval

All return and warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Manduka Indonesia.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject claims that do not meet the stated requirements

  • Request additional documentation if necessary

  • Determine whether a product qualifies as defective


5. Refunds & Replacements

If a claim is approved, we may offer:

  • Product replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed defective.
