1. General

Welcome to manduka.id. This website is operated by PT. Teman Petualang Indonesia (“Manduka Indonesia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. Products & Authenticity

Manduka Indonesia is the official distributor of Manduka® products in Indonesia. All products sold on manduka.id are authentic and sourced directly from Manduka International.

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences. Measurements and specifications are provided as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping times depend on the courier and destination. Manduka Indonesia is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Product must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • A clear, uncut unboxing video is provided

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return due to defect, damage, or missing items, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that:

  • Starts before the package is opened
  • Clearly shows the shipping label
  • Shows the full opening process
  • Shows the product’s condition
  • Clearly displays the reported issue

Videos that are edited, cut, paused, or incomplete may result in rejection of the claim.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.

6. Lifetime Warranty (PRO Series)

Manduka PRO®, PROlite®, and PRO Travel mats are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Premature wear due to material defects
  • Delamination or structural failure under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper care
  • Cuts, burns, or misuse
  • Cosmetic damage

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from an authorized Manduka retailer. Manduka Indonesia reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, text, and graphics, is the property of Manduka or Manduka Indonesia and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order identified as high-risk or potentially fraudulent. Additional verification may be requested before order fulfillment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Manduka Indonesia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
