A reengineered interior pulls sweat downward quickly to keep the surface consistently dry and slip-resistant, while 5mm of responsive cushioning supports strong, connected movement.

Now crafted with 20% recycled materials, the GRP Adapt 2.0 delivers advanced, high-grip performance for any style of practice — perfect for new practitioners and seasoned movers who want steady traction from start to finish.

Use & Care
For daily refresh: Keep your GRP® mat smelling fresh and clean by wiping it down after every practice with Manduka's Mat Wash & Refresh. Use a clean cloth to wipe the mat dry before rolling or using.

To store: If wet, allow the mat to dry before rolling up. For best performance, when not in use, keep the GRP® Series rolled and in a bag or cover.
